Istepped into the Mr Price store in Vaal Mall (3 of us). As I was about to pay, I noticed that my card was no longer in my bag.
I thought I had left it in the car, I went back to the car, wasn't there. I left the store went to the previous store I had visited where I saw myself on the CCTV camers putting my wallet in my bag. I went back top the store to alert the security guar whotold me to retrace my steps.
A store as big asMr Price does not have security cameras
I went around the store, asked the staff members who were too calm, disinterested actually. At the very same store, my siblings's voucher had mysteriously been emptied out- we only noticed today and surprise surprise VAAL MALL was the last Mr Price she visited.
The other funny thing is that at the very same store my dad's card was cloned after visiting this store (coincidentally to buy the now empty voucher). I have heard that this sort of thing is not new to this particular store. I am not a rocket scientist to notice that something is seriously wrong with this store.i would like this matter to receive the attention it deserves, to have the R600.00 back in my siblings voucher and my R1500 credited IMMEDIATELY.
