Pest Magic - product doesn't delive

I bought the Pest Magic product at a Game store, and am completely dissatisfied with the product and product marketing!
These are my complaints:

1. One can only buy a set of 2, when only one of them would cover the size of an average home, so why can't you buy them in singles?
2. One can only return the product within 7 days, when it takes about a month to start working - which you only discover once you have bought it, and read the enclosed leaflet.
3. In the first two weeks (which once again, you only find out once you've bought the thing), there is an INCREASE in the number of pests you will find in your house.
4. I have now had the device in my house for over 2 months, and STILL have both spiders and other insects in my home.

I am totally unimpressed by both the product and the lack of advertising about how the product works, and there is no way to return it.
