NO RESPONSE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I purchased 2 x 1037959 Hisense Bar Fridge's H60RS @ R1099.99 each from your Centurion Mall branch on the 23/08/2013 and removed both from their boxes on Monday the 7th of October 2013.

I noticed that one of the fridges was not sealed with cling on plastic as the other one and could clearly see that this fridges was not brand new as the other.
This is totally unacceptable as both fridges was sold to me under the pretense of being new merchandise.
I wanted to over look the matter due to the fact that I simply do not have the time to drive all the way back to Centurion from where I stay in Pta East.
I purchased the two bar fridges specifically for my bar/entertainment area at my home which I have been rushing to finish before my family's annual gathering the coming weekend.
I finished my bar area on Sunday and after plugging both fridges in, only the one that was properly sealed with cling on plastic works!

I am extremely unhappy as this is totally unacceptable.

I have not received any response from anyone after phoning the branch to speak to the manager whom I was told is unavailable but will call back and sending a email complaint to customer service has also proved useless.
