BAD QUALITY TRAMPOLINE

Hi, I bought a trampoline at Game, manufacturer is Bounce King, cost me a fortune, got the biggest one in stock as a gift for my children, 3 years and 17 months, it is not even 2 years and the mat of the trampoline has torn, bad quality and they refuse to exchange it! Bad service and bad product.
