I did phone the branch, this manager is not willing to assist at all. He advised me to take the mat in - it was a MISSION to install the trampoline, there is no way I can just quickly take the mat down... he is also not willing to send someone to come and inspect the trampoline. I need this trampoline replaced asap. And the manager needs an urgent course in client service.
