We purchased a 10ft Bounceking trampoline from Makro at a discounted price. Upon asking why these trampolines were only R699.99 compared to the normal price of R 1299.99 were we told that the only the box was damaged but the goods were perfect and nothing wrong with the contents.
Obviously this was a lie, as the scrws and washers were missing from the box as well as the tool to connect the spings to the mat.
We were told by Bounceking to take this back to the factory, but no e-mail was forwarded to confirm the address. Another week passed and we asked for them to come back to us, as were purchased screws and washers to set up the trampoline ourselves, just to discover that the mat was in fact damaged too.
To date we have not received any feedback from Bounceking and we are sitting with a damaged trampoline. This is really now throwing money into the water.
Is this what they call customer service??? How can they allow trampolines of all things to be sold in these conditions for children to play on??? And I have to question there quality checks.
