Bent and cracked gold ring after 2 years wear

We bought a 9ct gold ring 2 years ago and then it cracked on the band. Supplier fixed it but left the band weak. After a month the ring bent. Supplier refused to fix the ring saying that it was wear and tear for 2 years wear. She basically laughed in our faces after her refusal. I will not recommend this store to anyone. Poor quality and workmanship as well as blatant disrespect towards customers.
