I am extremely disappointed with the quality of goods at Musica.
I bought the Mini Speaker Portable Beat-stereo Black for my son a month or two ago and he was so happy to finally make his own music. He was so disappointed after the first one did not want to charge. This was returned and the second unit was a USED unit with the screws worn which obviously showed that it had problems before but ended up on the shelf again!!
This was returned again and a new one was tested in the shop.
Again after he has used it only twice before, the plug where the charger was connected broke off making the item useless.
Previously we manage to retain the box and invoice and now we don't have either! I can just imagine the issues this will be to once again try, this time get my money back.
Previously I have been very patient to exchange and drive to Musica to exchange these items but honestly I had enough!! This have been a couple of times to many.
I am not sure how they will handle this response!!
