Credit card query

I paid my credit card on the 28 september 2013. The payment did not reflect on my account when I called financial services they told me it will be sorted after 2-3 days and that was on thursday the 03 september 2013. I called again on the 8th and they changed the whole story and told me it will reflect on the 9th. My other accounts are arrears and I'm being charged interest because of them. I need this money asap.
