Credit authorized and passed on 20.08.2013, money was to reflect in my account within 14 working days, called on 06.09.2013 the credit was never passed/forwarded, called Vodacom on 13.09.2013 - they said the money should reflect no later than 17.09.2013 - no credit passed, called on 18.09.2013 - the credit was only authorized 18.09.2013 again I was told that the money will reflect by 25.09.2013 - no credit passed, called on 27.09.2013 was told that all authorizations was done, and the final sign off will happen that day 27.09.2013 the money will be trasferred by 01.10.2013 I called today as no money has been transferred ans was told that the final approval still needed to be done - no feedback, no update, no credit passed.
