I have previously complained with regards to the Sunlight washing pwder that was on sale for 2 sweeks but when i went to purchase it they have been out of stock for the duration of the promo- I got a email from shoprite to say that they aplogise for the inconveince and that someone will be in cpontact with me- i got a voice msg from a rep from shoprite that ran through that call so fast i could not make out head or tail what she was trying to say- neither did she advise what her name was- how profetional... shoprite needs some customer service training i am now even more peeved off than before.
