I decided to tell you about the overall awesome experience I had at Soul Serenity. It is always so easy to complain but people never take the time to compliment others. My husband paid for laser hair removal treatments at the spa as a gift but I was very hesitant to go as I have heard that if it is not done properly the therapists can burn your skin quite badly. I eventually decided to give it a try and was very impressed with the service I received from the moment I arrived there. I was taken into a separate room and the process was explained to me in detail. She took her time with the treatment to make sure the whole area was treated and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I felt welcome, well taken care of and cant wait for my next treatment. I would not hesitate to refer anyone of my friends to this spa :)
