Omo Free Gift Promotion

I have purchased 3 bags of Omo washing powder and send the sms's with the relevant codes inside the bags to receive my free gifts as advertised on the outside of the bags.
After sending my first sms I was contacted by an agent who told me a code will be send to me via sms to enable me to redeem my free movie ticket.
By the time I send my second sms around a month later I informed the lady that I was still waiting for the code from the first sms. She said she will look into it.
When I send my 3rd sms another month later I once again told the lady who called me that I am still waiting for the first two codes. I was once again told it will be looked at. After no feedback I lodged a complaint directly via the suppliers website on Mon 30-09-2013 09:17 and received an auto reply "Thank you for contacting us. Your query has been passed to the relevant department and we expect to get back to you as soon as possible"
It has been another week and still no feedback or contact of any sorts.
