I ordered a 2.5 KG tub of cream cheese from a Lancewwod distributor. When I checked the order in the seal on the tub was not broken. However, when I needed to use the cream cheese for an order my catering company had I was horrified to find the entire contents of the tub was curdled. I am shocked that something of such low quality left your factory. It also poses other questions like... Are you sure all of your products are pasteurized correctly???
