I have an account with Sterns. I just wanted to let you know that upon settlement of my account with you I will be proceeding to have my account closed. I have just received a call from one of your agents who is the rudest person I have come accross, stinking attitude that you would never expect from an adult. Im utterly disgusted. Its amazing how quick and friendly you get when you want to increase my limit. I have been a loyal customer since 2008, and today with a balance of just around R500, I get a call from a rude ill-mannered woman who talks to me like she is. Im not sure who she thinks she is. You are going to lose more of your customers if this behaviour continues, you have already lost me as a customer. I will pay you what is due as I have always over the past years, and that will be the end of it.
