I have my account in arrears and know fully that I have to sort that out. I'm currently trying to solve my finances, I couldn't pay month end of July my instalment. I have recently received two calls as I would expect finchoice to contact me regarding my account, I do not know whether the call centre agents are told to be rude, and not render friendly service if its a customer with an account in arrears.
I do not appreciate the tone, and the attitude that comes with it.
