Oakley service disappointment

Went to Luxottica (Sunglass Hut) in Observatory to have screws in my frame replaced. Was told that they do not carry out any repairs I have to pay for a replacement frame. I agreed but was then told that there is no stock and I should come back in 10 weeks to check if they have stock. I asked the technician if he could give me a reference number for me to follow up on, "don't worry I will make sure to order them" he didn't even look at them to determine the model number or colour!!!
