I sent an sms to claim the gift and to date have had no response. Needless to say, I called 0861 333 206 and a young lady took my call and had no indication of how to handle the call. I was told by her that I would receive an sms which hasn't happened. I have been buying the omo liquid detergent for 5 years (blue bottle 750 ml) and I am very happy with the product. I also thought that the gift was a very nice gesture. Why don't you rather give your loyal customers gift vouchers in lieu of the gift promo. This will eradicate incompetence and ensure that your customers are not governed in choosing their gift. Please address this issue.By the way I also sent an sms for the skip promo and experienced nothing to date.
