Omo's guaranteed gift promo poorly managed

Omo was holding in-store promos with a guaranteed gift if you sms a code in, however the call centre agents jut dont know how to handle the process as to date i haven't received any confirmations or call backs from theses agents. I dont see why they cant give you a voucher that you can use at your own convenience instead off just calling and catching you off-guard to select a date and then also never confirming it. This is poor reflection on the company for using such an incompetent company to manage the promo and its seems like omo just want to keep customers without honoring promises.
