On Friday, 4/10/13 I placed an order for groceries as I wasn't in the mood to go into the Woolies in Centurion. I was told that my delivery would be between 10 & 13h00. I had requested between 12 & 13 but was told that wasn't possible. My delivery only arrived at 13h30. I'm 2 blocks from Centurion Mall.
I was called before 9h00 to be told two of the items I ordered were out of stock. I asked how my refund would be done & said the online division would do it automatically. As of this morning I still haven't received a refund.
I ordered the poppy seed muffins & they were stale, had a sell by date of the 6th & use by 7th. Not the quality i'm used to from Woolworths. Highly disgusted.
Lesson learnt, rather go do your own shopping than leaving it in the hands of someone else.
