I called in to the call centre to enquire about the accounts i have with you week ago, I requested statements and was told that I could only get this within 14days. I was told I have a sick number of 5 accounts with you which is not the case but I am unable to investigate as I cannot get statements? I do not have an MTN account, I do not have a Woolworths account or an Edgars account, the latter was paid up to the store itself.
I would like to stop the debit orders on my account until i get satisfactory answers, I cannto entrust your company to deduct from my hard earned money for something I am not 100% crtain of. Yes i gave authorization verbally but i requested the same be stopped verbally and this cannot be done? It will be illegal to deduct any further payments from my account and I will take the matter further if I need to.
