Putrid Service!!!

In February 2013 my finace and I purchased furniture and appliances from Furniture City Cresta. In that combo we purchased from Furniture City was a Defy refridgerator. 3 months after purchasin the goods, I noticed that the shelves in our fridge starting breaking. One by one, they started breaking. The firdge is still under guarantee for the next year and half and this fridge is not even a year old! I called Defy Service centre Johannesburg and initially the first call I spoke to someone named Lesego. Firsly she was NOT friendly and being in the customer service industry for the past 5 years, I expected that level of friendliness! She told me that I needed to send the invoice to them and never gave me an e-mail address to send it to and dropped the call. Then I called in the second time AND LOW AND BEHOLD, AGAIN the agent Liesl, was not friendly, rude and VERY abrupt, in fact she almost sounded like she didnt want to help me. As a customer, I am COMPLETELY unsatisfied with this service, and in future I WONT be purchasing Defy products again!
