I bought a bag of Earth Born Holistic Adult Vantage on the 02 Oct when I opened the zip lock on the bag I saw to my surprise the bag was already opened and the food exposed. I was worried to feed my dogs the food as I was unsure as to how long the bag had been opened for and just now there was something put in the bag (like Poison for instance) _ how was I to make the call... I thought I need to return the bag and get a new one. I called Midfeeds to find out if they were open and the lady on the phone Crystal told me they are and I can come through to exchange the bag, if they have stock or they will order one for me. So I went to store, when I arrived Crystal told this other girl that worked there to get me a new bag of food, so she picked up my bag of food and put it under the counter - at this point the manager / owner came out of his office and asked the girl what was wrong with the bag... so she replied "it was open", he then just said "ok" and went back into his office... now its great that they replaced my bag of food - but not so great on how they handled it. From when I spoke to Crystal on the phone to every staff member that was involved NO apology was made or explanation!
