After unprofessional service from staff and seamstress there was a discrepancy wrt alteration payment, we were told hemming was incl but female manager said it was not. The conversation got very heated & your female manager said I should take my dress & get it altered somewhere else! My family & I could've been thinking about that as an extreme alternative but for your manager to try get rid of us in this fashion is utterly ridiculous! How can a store sell you a dress & be so unprofessional & say that! Completely unacceptable! We called Bridal Couture & I have never received such professional service! They addressed issues your staff had no idea about. Now how can a store give such professional service for a dress they don't even sell! I gladly paid Bridal Couture for the alterations as they were upfront, honest and extremely professional which I would have done at your store if you provided me with the same. My issue here is your unprofessional service & complete lack of knowledge wrt the needs of a first time bride and the attitude of the female manager towards me, my father and family. We deserved to get treated with more respect than this woman showed us!
