Bad customer service

I went to jet store in Fourways mall to buy a pair of pants, the pants were R119.00 on the price tag but when Albert scaned the barcode the price was different, when Albert advised me that my money is short i told him that i am paying for what is on the price tag. He said to me head office sent new prices but they did not change them. I told him that its not my fault that they did not change the prices. He then suggested that i use my points to add the short amount. I refused. He told me to stop being difficult and use my points because they are free, i refused still, He said the reason i don't want to use my points is because i my card. I told him that i am on lunch so he must try to help me. He repeated that i am difficult so he cant help me and the people who can help me are busy counting cash. He did not even go to them to ask for help. Instead he left me standing at the till and worked on the other till, telling me i can go and do whatever i want do, he does not care. That got me so angry i told him to cancel the sale. I am not a difficult person, i feel that my rights as a customer has been violated and i have been a loyal customer to Jet for years and i even have an account with Jet.
