Pathetic Customer Service

Point No.1 : My Game account was handed over.
Point No.2 : It Has been paid up in full!!!

I have been in contact with Game to update my ITC profile as the account is PAID an THUS FAR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been done!! I called in on the 20th August 2013 to put the REQUEST YET AGAIN in an it was told to me to email the proof of the paid up letter to them via [Email Removed] an my ITC will be updated within 7days.

I then got a reply on the 22nd August 2013 stating Abigail Lottering has received it an it is the process.

2/10/2013 - I called yesterday which is now 43 DAYS LATER an MY ITC IS STILL SHOWING that my ACCOUNT IS NOT PAID UP!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!! I am unable to do anything with this still showing a amount is owing an my credit rating is staying low because of a account that I paid up 4 MONTHS AGO ALREADY!

2/10/2013 - I dealt with a guy named Yolandi which was NO HELP as he stated I must wait 2days for I don't know what then another 7 days for my ITC to be updated!! He then handed the phone to Magmood which STILL GAVE NO solution to my problem an said I must wait for a email from a lady (NO NAME GIVEN)

I WANT MY ITC updated IMMEDIATLY (PAID)
