Me and hubby had a Game voucher which we decided to use tonight on buying some food items as Game were running quite a few specials. This is what we got: Rama 1kg Tub Margarine R25 - No Stock; Clover 6pack Milk R53 - No Stock; Hulletts Brown Sugar 3kg R24.95 - No Stock; Ariel 2kg Washing Powder R35 - No Stock. So between the things we did buy, this is what we found: Jik 750ml 2 for R20 - we paid R30; Hulletts 2.5kg White Sugar R21.99 - we paid R26.99; Aero 100g Slab chocolate 2 for R20 - we paid R26 (returned it); Dettol Antiseptic Liquid 750ml R34.50 -in store R42 (we decided not to take it). So the conclusion i can make, is that some person is putting up specials to get more clients, BUT the store owners is SOOOOO afraid of loosing a bit of money by these extra customers, that everything must just be "SOLD OUT" and these customers must either take what they get and being over charged for it, or leave!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!
