I am absolutely appalled by the service I received from Brett, the store manager at Pavilion Spar. The 2kg omo washing powder or liquid was advertised for 54, 99 with a free 1kg omo washing powder. There was no stock of the free item and was told that I must take a Sta Soft refill. This is not even a proper substitution of the free item. He was absolutely rude and attitude was such that you either take it or leave it. Is that the service that one is to expect from Spar?
The excuse was then made that unilever did not send the stock, as a customer I do not care if the retailer does not receive stock from its supplier. A proper substitution should be in place for the inconvenience. The sta soft is valued at way less than the free item and isn't even a unilever product. I am going to complain to UL as well if the rationale is that me as a customer cannot benefit due to their stock issues.
He then took off the promotional display but then put it back, didn't see the point of that. Eventually just walked off.
