Pick 'n Pay
PnP Kuruman

Since moving to Kuruman last year, and shopping at PnP has never been an experience as from the Gauteng stores. PnP Palmgate, do not carry that PnP brand. The cashiers is unfriendly, they never ask for your shopper card. Not even a good day, The cashiers just scan, engage with the other cashiers, not even a friendly smile. Yesterday afternoon 27 Jan, I went to do some shopping. Took two bottles of wine, as there was no chain or notice saying no alcohol sold. The cashier said in a very unfriendly tone..." No wine sold on Sundays". Went to the Manager named Lieb. I enquired, why was there no notice displayed informing customers that the alcohol section is closed. He in returned, with a extremely arrogant and condescening attitude told me they don't need to display or inform the customers about alcohol on Sunday's. I did mentioned to him, as a Manager he need to make sure that either the alcohol is closed off and a clear sign must be displayed. Well as a consumer he gave me that " F off look". That behaviour and the store itself does not conform to the PnP I shop at.
