On the 19 of october went to dischem pharmacy to purchase entrence druppels took 2 bottles and pay. When i got home notice 1 bottle is not entrence could not take it back same day as it was already late and did not have chance to go and exchange for the correct product till today the 9 of nov. At the brach met Vanesa the supevisor sad she will confirm with the manager if she can exchange or not she phone the manager Andrea Nel who refused to exchange th product for me. What iritate me the most is the last time i returned the product at dischem pharmacy century city they did not have problem with that, today i go to dischem somerset mall they cant exchange. The procedure is it not supposed to be the same for all dischem pharmacie? I then left the product at the branch with my proof of purchase.
