Inability to pay for goods if no an edcon account

I have been trying for 14 weeks now to do transactions at various Edgar's and CNA stores in kzn... your computer system is incompatible with American Express credit card and each time your teller sees fit to announce to the long queue, always present as you have far too few staff, CARD DECLINED... well I have a PLATINUM AMEX which can never be declined... each time I explain that it is your edcon system that is a problem and I get a shrug/ blank stare and no assistance at all...
I have walked out the store often and did so again today at Edgar's and CNA pavillion... both stores had faulty speed points, which is usually the alternate payment option with Amex...

I can give you long history of how many times I have called the call centre, where they are ALWAYS going to call me ack... today being three calls I made..well my phone is yet to ring... how to lose customers and annoy people... and waste time..I spent 31 minutes in CNA pavillion today and called your call centre three times form the store..each time they were calling the store... well that phone did not ring either...
