Forgot about me

About 14 days ago I phoned there custom care line about a Nescafe Gold Coffee 200 gram that was chipped.
They promised to fetch the jar.
A Lady did phone me and apologize after not fetching the jar and promised they would come very soon.
Nobody has come or phoned and I have still got the jar.
Please help!
