I got an sms from ADT on the 16/02/2014 with Ref 160114 confirming a consultation on the 17/02/2014 at 09h30 with Mpho Tladi the ADT consultant. The time went and passed without the Mpho Tladi arriving or calling. I then called ADT at about 12h00 and requested to speak to the management to register my complaint only to get a call from Mpho Tladi rescheduling to 16h00 the same day but still he did not pitch. I have made several attempts to speak to ADT Management but could not get past the call centre. The management of ADT has built an impenetrable firewall between themselves and their call centre. Nothing gets through the call centres to the management. I wish the alarm systems that they sell us were as good. The unfortunate thing for the ADT Management is that they don't get to directly hear the frustrations of their clients because of this firewall. Today is the 04/02/2014 I still have not got through the firewall. Congratulations ADT Management, the shield works.
