I kindly asked the consultant to close my account

On this day I went to Markham Northgate in jhb and kindly asked the consultant to help me close my account, instead of her asking the reason why do I want to close the new account she said" udlala ngesi khathi sabelungu" which means that I'm playing with her seniors time (white people to be specific). It was offensive but I then ignored that cause she's my elder, and decided to tell her the reason why do I want to close it which was bcos I needed to get new formal clothes for my interview, and the day I was opening it I was informed that it will approve within2days and that was just a lie. With a bad attitude and infront of other customers she said I shouldn't come back and try to open the account again and I said its ok she then wrote down for me the new accounts department contact number and said I should call them, they will close the account for me, I was really surprizd coz I actually thought that she's the one whose suppose to do that... as a cash desk consultant but fine I then asked if she could pass the stores phone so I can call and the response I got from her was" you gonna have to buy airtime and call thm yrself". It was disappontn...
