I went to your store in the Bedford Centre this morning to shop and to pay my municipal accounts. The cashier was Joseph, at the smaller group of tills.
I suggest he either finds another position where he is happy or goes for a lesson in basic manners and civility. He was off-hand, grudging and deliberately difficult.
Disgusting attitude.
