I went to rage mokopane shoprite complex, I bought a pair of shoes and they were playing music loudly & when I was paying for the shoes, my phone rang, i asked the lady who was helping me to please reduce the music a bit and she did that. there was the second lady called Lorraine, she listened to my conversation & i did not have a problem with that as it was a public area then she decided to increase the volume because she felt that my conversation was no important as she repeated what i was saying on the phone. i was offended and told the person on the phone that i will call back as soon as i leave the shop. i took my shoes and left, i returned the following day to ask where i can complain about the incident, she told me that she did not have an agreement with me to reduce the volume. i called the head office but i felt that i am the one who did something wrong, the person i spoke to said she will address the matter, she did not take my name or number so that she can come back to me as soon as she addressed the matter. i feel that customers should be respected & i did not feel that way & i think of taking my money somewhere because i felt like she was the one paying for me.
