It has now been 12 days, This is my third and final complaint regarding this matter. I bought an item for R199, you had the item in stock, After the EFT went through, you didn't have stock, I have repeatedly asked you to refund me my money, This has not been done, before I take this matter any further I want to know what exactly your problem is, Why wont you give me my money back??? The order number is a1000212183, The request to have my money refunded has been pending for 12 days, Its enough now, I demand you pay my money back into my account TODAY!!! My patience is wearing extremely thin, Please dont force me to pursue legal alternatives, What you are doing is illegal!!!
