Fossil cannot fix my watch and do not respond

For the 3rd time my watch has not been repaired properly by Fossil SA. I have now had enough. Enough of wasting my time and money and dealing with your mostly rude staff in your Canal Walk branch who roll their eyes and mutter under their breath and huff and puff (yes - these are the responses to my face) when I say I am unhappy with the service the attitude and the simple fact that my watch REMAINS unrepaired after 3 attempts. If after 3 attempts and empty promises the SAME issue remains it means that you are unable to repair the watch in spite of happily taking my money and declaring it repaired, 3 times. I refuse to waste my time and money going into your stores again and dealing with your incompetent staff and I refuse to have promises made again that it will be repaired. Please don't even respond with a suggestion to fix this. I want a replace my watch or else I will take this further.
