Received slippers as gift, they where wrong size and style. Took it back to exchange, did not have the slip the slippers was a gift, I was told that it is old stock and not showing on their system. The Slippers still had the Woolworths tickets on them. I was told that they are unable to exchange or refund me. I am now stuck with gift that I can not use.
