Just before father's day I was shopping for a gift for my husband from the kids. The was a specific pair slippers that he liked. I went to Irene where they did not have the specific size I was looking for, I asked them to check the system and they said that Centurion and Menlyn had the size I wanted. I then drove to Centurion where I had to beg for service, wait forever and still no one could help. When I said Irene said they had the response was... They should have called! I then drove all the way to Menlyn where guess what, they never had!
There was not even an assistant on the floor to assist.By then I was so irritated from being shoved from pillar to post and the kids were so restless I was not prepared to search any longer and left without a gift. I am very disapointed in Woolworths I really thought they were more special that the other stores providing better quality and service but it turns out they are "NO DIFFERENT" to any other store you walk into with their service or no service!
