I bought slippers for my 2 year old son three weeks ago. I lost my slip and discovered the slippers are defective. I then went to Woolworths Rustenburg Branch to be assisted at the Customer Service by a lady of a name of Thotyelwa. I explained to her that I wanted to exchange these goods for ones which are in a good condition. She offered me any shoes of the same value as the defective ones. The exchange went smoothly. I like to compliment Thotyelwa for the brilliant service. We need more of this service in our retail companies.
