I would like to send a BIGUP!!! to Kerusha for Job Well Done, I must say she has a good customers service honestly with all the frustrations I had with my lounge suite, she makes the follow up and makes sure that I know what is the next step regarding my query and also checking up if the store Manager is following up with this matter. After sending my complain really am now satisfied with the service you have given me.
