I ordered a parcel on the 28th of November and the delivery date was 24hours, a week later i get an email stating that the order has been cancelled due to insufficient stock! how can all 3 items be out of stock? A gift voucher you telling me that a gift voucher is out of stock??? then when i phone the call centre i get told that they will look into it and get back to me by 11;30 on friday and i am still waiting for the call back this is completely unacceptable!!! The worst thing is that the items show on the website and when you call in they say they have stock! really angry about this and someone needs to sort this out as i will not be ordering again in the future and i will make sure no orders again too!
