I recently ordered bamboo blinds from Finishing Touches. When I collected from Builders Warehouse, I specifically asked the lady whether the instructions and required pieces for installation were in the parcel. Now when we come home, no instructions at all and none available online. I've had the blinds fall out of the ceiling 3 times now because I've had to just guess.
