I am waiting for my blinds which I ordered on 26 June. The 10 to 15 day period has lapsed. Ntokozo has to me enough that she will call me back. Lebo (012 6644825) has the same way. They keep saying they will call back and never do. I checked the Finishing Touches website and it looks shady. I sent a mail to a Lizanne Van Zyl, no answer. Is this perhaps a operating inside Builders Warehouse? Given the fact that I make follow up, it would be plain curtesy for this shop to call me instead of lying the whole time and just tell me when they are planning to install my blinds. Am really fed up now, why do they not have a legitimate website? Why is their Head Office Pta no not working? Why does Ntokozo distance herself? Do you blame me for panicking?
