No feedback on new application

Hi

My wife came into Edgars to open up an account on Sunday the 21st September. we were assisted by an emplyee (Cannot remeber the name) but were told that there were issues opening up an application as Jet stores has sent out a pre approved account.

After telling the employee that we do not want a Jet account we were told that the we would get a call from someone the same day.

so, its the 26th already and still no call. So i do not know what mickey mouse business Edgars is running that they would deliberitly turn away a customer and provide such service. For a company of your size this is and should not be acceptable.

you guys are quick to call folks when there accounts are in arrears and need to collect but cannot call to willing customers.

come on now, please get your together.
