Bad Attitude and Customer service

Tuesday the 24th i went to Edgars to enquirer about a letter received, when i got to the Till the woman could not help me and gave the letter to her colleague named PATRICIA she tells me she does not know what it means. i asked her who sends the letters? she states head office.

Long story short we go to the phone to call head office, she dials the number and hands the phone over to me, she simply crosses her arms and sleeps. i was able to take two photos with a flash on and the noise of the camera and she never bothered.

Head office just as pathetic-consultaint (Dusat) i asked him to speak to a manager and get put on hold for 40min.
This is no excuse, customer care is there to help and provide service not to sit back and be rude.

This is not acceptable and yet i still do not have the solution to the letter i received!!!
