Incompetent employee

I bought a new cellphone on Monday at the CNA at Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg. Nonhlanhla was the lady helping me. Firstly, I was standing at one till and she called, more like screamed at me to come over to the other till. I took a copy of my ID along but she said she couldn't use it. I asked if I could give her my drivers' licence and while she looked me straight in the eye, turned around without answering my question. When she eventually took my licence she said she wanted my ID copy because she wanted my full names. Why not just ask me? I asked who the Supervisor was and the lady that was opening the safe (who I assume was the Supervisor - P.A. Nkuna) looked at me with big puppy eyes not saying a word, looking too afraid to actually do her job. Nonhlanhla's attitude in whole was very rude. Working with the public is a customer service and I hope you train your employees better in the future.
