As a regular customer at this branch I am really annoyed because its not the first time I have witnessed this but on numerous occassions. Having staff members standing in a group and talking on top of their voices instead of attending to customers, I find it highly disturbing and very unprofessional. I am glad that was able to have a glance on some of the staff members' name tags. Please have a talk with Bongiwe and her crew
