Well, I thought I'd give the "new" - revamped Mug And Bean at Musgrave Centre in Durban another try after my first very dissapointing visit a couple of weeks ago. What a mistake. This place is pathetic. You've got a bunch of pretty useless staff members standing around the entrance most of the time acting like absolute monkeys laughing and talking at the top of their voices vith customer service clearly the furtherest thing from their minds. They simply have no clue. I'm not even sure proper training would help these Neanderthals cope any better. A sign of the times I guess. Helps affirm that my decision to immigrate has come at the right time. I will not be visiting this branch of The Mug And Bean again between now and the time I leave SA & I certainly won't be reccomending it to anyone either. I feel sorry for the business owner if its a franchise but on the other hand maybe if they were around, things would be different.
